I’m off on holiday tomorrow; ten days of family, relaxation, and wonderful food. My trip back home covers both Canadian Thanksgiving and a good friend’s wedding, so I’ll be enjoying myself. Don’t despair though- I’ll be back with more Kitchenisms on the 19th.
